Job Title: Replenishment Manager
Location: Midwest, United States (Remote with occasional travel to key locations)
Salary: Up to $115,000 per year, depending on experience
Benefits:
- Bonus: 15% annual bonus potential

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Replenishment Manager to oversee and optimize the North American retail supply chain for our client. In this critical role, you will work closely with the internal sales team and key retail partners to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the consistent availability of products nationwide. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain management, particularly in supplier replenishment within the CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry, and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee the North American retail supply chain, ensuring product availability and efficient replenishment strategies.
- Customer Inventory & Forecast Management: Manage customer inventory and forecasts to support growth and ensure industry-leading in-stock rates.
- Service Reliability & Metrics: Monitor and maintain key service reliability metric goals, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
- Efficiency Improvements & Cost Analysis: Drive improvements in supply chain efficiencies and perform strategic cost analysis to optimize operations.
- Customer Communication: Act as a liaison, directly communicating with key retail customers to ensure smooth operations and support.
- Data Analysis & Recommendations: Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and make recommendations to improve replenishment processes.
- New Item Setup & Maintenance: Manage new item setups and ensure their proper maintenance within customer systems.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Support ad-hoc projects, including line review preparation, GDSN, GS1, and EDI.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Experience: At least 3+ years of supplier replenishment experience in the CPG industry, with a proven track record of optimizing supply chain performance.
- Retail Systems Expertise: Extensive experience using retailer systems such as Retail Link, Luminate, POL, and others.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to engage with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Independence & Attention to Detail: Strong ability to plan and execute assignments independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and find creative solutions that align with business goals.
