Global Brand Manager - Spirits
Alexander Steele is recruiting on behalf of a premium spirit brand with a proud British heritage. With headquarters in London and an ever expanding team, our client is going from strenght to strenght.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team in the UK as a Global Brand Manager - Reporting in to the Global Brand director & supporting the development of a brand strategy.
Main tasks:
Support the Global Brand Director in developing the global brand strategy and initatives, translating brand strategies into effective, practical & ambitious go-to-market plans.
Lead the project management & executing of NPD collaborating effectively through cross-functional teams and creative agencies.
Build & nurture strong relationships with distributors and follow the execution of the brand communication & activation in the markets aligned with brand strategy.
Build relationships with Agencies, Suppliers, & internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration, timely communication & alignment of objectives. Act as the main point of contact for brand-related enquiries & issues, facilitating smooth communication & resolution.
Create, innovate, manage & procure the POS catalogue for the markets.
Work with the digital agency on the content production & monthly calendar for the Facebook & instagram brand pages as well as continuing to build momentum on LinkedIn.
Successfully line manage the Global brand ambassador driving on-trade relationships, brand education & rate of sale initiatives to grow brand awareness and drive advocacy in key regions / accounts.
Organise & participate to International Trade Shows (TFWE, BCB...)
Budget management: recommend and justify marketing investment. Monitor spend & allocate budgets to projects & activations to maximise return on investment.
Skills:
Minimum of 5 years in a similar brand marketing / trade marketing role in FMCG or a Luxury branded business.
Passion & curiosity for the Spirits industry / category.
Entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who can set their own targets and efficiently organise work schedule.
Ability to build & sustain excellent relationships at all levels (internal & external).
Understand the industry, market & it's dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, written & orally.
