Our client is an exciting, innovative, award-winning business within the food and beverage industry, committed to creating high-quality and tasty savoury and sweet treats that stand out in the market. They are keen to continue their growth so are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Experience Executive. The role falls under the Customer Experience Manager. The business has gone through an amazing digital transformation and are looking for someone to be a part of it. Responsibilities: Efficient order processing and management, while nurturing and expanding key customer accounts. Champion exceptional customer service standards. Meeting with customers – to help grow accounts Being a key point of contact between manufacturing, dispatch, sales & finance to help optimise operational processes Exhibit ambition with a readiness to embrace growth within the company. Ideal Candidate: 1+ years experience within FMCG, ideally bakery, patisserie or desserts. Tech-savvy, especially in sales and order processing systems.
