Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Director to lead the Baytoti brand, a rapidly expanding modern Chinese casual dining concept under Premium Food Company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven leader with extensive experience in multi-unit F&B operations and a proven track record of driving growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L ownership and performance accountability across 50+ restaurant branches

• Lead and optimize large-scale restaurant operations across the Kingdom

• Design and implement new concept kitchens to enhance efficiency and innovation

• Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth, operational excellence, and team development

• Work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and culinary teams

• Contribute to brand evolution and expansion plans with an entrepreneurial mindset

Candidate Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of F&B leadership experience, preferably in casual or fast-casual dining

• Experience managing 50+ units with high revenue volumes

• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, and cost control experience

• Proven experience building or launching concept kitchens or new formats

• Entrepreneurial thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach

• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

• Based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
