What inspired you to choose a move into the consumer goods industry recruitment...
I wanted to move to consumer goods as it allows you to build meaningful relationships and influence individuals’ careers and build long term relationships. The consumer industry is also rapidly and constantly evolving so staying knowledgeable and up to date while continually improving my knowledge base and making me a better recruiter in the process.
Also being fromm a hospitality background I have always been interested in how food is produced and the processes involved in supplying different areas of the industry, which ultimately pushed me towards the consumer goods sector.
