What inspired you to choose a move into the consumer goods industry recruitment?
Working in consumer goods allows you to build connect with the industry professionals and with candidates seeking exciting career opportunities. Developing these connections allows you to build excellent long-term relationships within the industry for both candidates and clients.
Consumer goods recruitment also requires staying up to date with the ever-changing industry trends, hiring practices and talent acquisition strategies. This makes it impossible to get bored as there is always so much to learn.
I also enjoy the competitiveness of the consumer goods industry as there is always high demand for talent. The demand for this creates a dynamic and fast paced recruitment environment.
Getting to work with consumer goods companies is an exciting prospect and a very interesting area to me with family members also being within this industry.
